       Communicate with buyers to take care of the enquiries & orders directly. Take care of the Brandings like JC-Panny, Wal-Mart, Regatta, L&F USA and some other Global customers from USA market. Mainly doing Woven fabric and some knitted fabric R&D and quality control,  Follow buyer’s sample or request to sourcing the counter sample and quote the price.  Work closely with mill to ensure that all samples(lab-dips, handlooms, stroke off, s/y, bulk)can meet buyer’s schedule and specification. Arrange and implement production schedule with mill, to ensure all the production can be done within customer approved quality and time. Hand over full sets of files to QC department for bulk production quality checking. Find and solve any problems timely during the production to ensure the goods shipped to customer in good quality and high value.  After the bulk arrived in garment factory, normally will be have claim .To check with QC if the claim is correct or not, then communicate with buyer and mill to solve the claim.  Familiar with all fabric test in USA market, can deal with any problems during the test.  Prepare complete set of files to shipping company to get the ETA&ETD time and the cost…,then pass all the information to buyer. And Book the boat or truck before all the goods ready to ship, to trace the goods arrive in garment factory on time. Show less
