As a partner account manager for Microsoft Dynamics Belux I was responsible for 38 partners (number of partners divided half proactive and half reactive) in Belgium and G.D. Luxembourg for both their CRM & ERP business. The main focus was maintaining and improving these partners with operational support (licensing, orders) and pipeline management for mutual growth of the Dynamics CRM & ERP business in the Belux area. This also included streamlining the partners strategy and marketing activities with Microsoft. One of the further tasks was managing the team relationship with the European Operations Center for all Microsoft Dynamics operational related issues. This included escalations, queries and providing a forecast of the monthly enhancement revenue renewals.

As an inside sales for Microsoft Dynamics Belux, both Microsoft Dynamics CRM (Microsoft Dynamics CRM & Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online) and Microsoft Dynamics ERP (Microsoft Dynamics NAV & Microsoft Dynamics AX) my main responsibility was lead generation. By a BANT qualification of an opportunity from a prospective customer, I was able, together with the partner account managers, to direct these leads to the best suited Microsoft partners who were offering a solution in the customers vertical industry. The job also included marketing responsibilities with assisting the product marketing managers: administrating the marketing goodies, sending out the invitations towards (prospective) customers for upcoming events as well as doing the follow up of these events for Microsoft Dynamics (both CRM and ERP) were some of the tasks.

During the internship we realized, interpreted and analyzed the given employee answers in order to provide Randstad with feedback for an improved policy.
