As a Talent Acquisition, I mainly act as a Tech Recruiter whose responsibilities are wide-ranging from: - Handling end-to-end technical recruitment for IT and non-IT roles, mostly for clients' placement. - Utilizing online platforms and social media (e.g Kalibrr, Linkedin, Tech In Asia) to source potential candidates, up to 500+ candidates per week. - Review resumes, conduct initial screenings, and engage with candidates to assess suitability. - Coordinate interviews between candidates and stakeholders - Maintain applicant tracking system, collect and analyze recruitment data. - Conduct behavioral interviews as part of the initial recruitment process. - Ensure the recruitment process is going as planned - Assist in employee engagement by editing celebration reminder twibbon on Canva (birthday, work anniversary, onboarding greeting, resignation announcement).
