  My research is mainly about using traditional methods (Discrete Choice Analysis, Logistic regression) and social network models (e.g. ERGM) to model complex customer-product relations, investigated how product attributes (color, price, etc.), customer demographics (age, income, etc.) and social factors (peer influence, social media) influence customers’ purchase behaviors. I am also interested in investigating the changing trend of customer preferences over time and space using Temporal Exponential Random Graph Models (tERGMs) and Spatial Panel Models. Show less
