  A Project control engineer responsible for Project Cairo Gate(Emaar) : Contract Sum :340,000,000 LE -Construct a cost & resource loaded Baseline for the whole project 110 fully finished villas - Lookahead layouts for the upcoming work in the initiation phase - Attend weekly progress meetings with the PM (JLL) & owner (EMAAR) - Submitted a Revised schedule to adjust the baseline to reality Project Mivida (Emaar) : -Study and analyze each work package whether it's saving or overrunning at completion, take an action. -Control and revise Sub-Contracts, invoices, purchasing orders, petty cash, material inventory and manpower against the Budgeted quantities and approved budgeted unit rates. -Analyze the costs of the project through a full Cost report on a monthly basis to determine the loss and the profit of each package -Calculate through actual expenses and forecast rates the EAC and the ETC of the project -Makes a full weekly report submitted to Turner -Update the P6 schedule by actual progress -Submits and writes contractual letters to Turner - Makes a full monthly report that is submitted to Turner - Makes internal reports for the head office as daily and monthly internal reports - Look ahead layouts to sub-contractors - Submitted an EOT claim using TIA (time impact analysis) in delay analysis - Makes a full schedule for the new packages added to the scope of work Show less
