We are manufacturer of ERV core with polymer membrane. Our Products are with high performance and competitive price. 1. High enthalpy efficiency, including heat and moisture exchange efficiency, can be 5-8% higher than that of paper membrane under the same condition and dimensions. Which means, if you need to keep the current exchanger efficiency (with paper core), the size could be reduced by 30%, if with same size, your exchanger efficiency can be improved by 8%-10%. 2. Anti-mold and anti-bacterial, and the performance of our membrane will not be attenuated with time goes, the service life can reach above 10 years. 3. Pressure drop (wind resistance) is much lower, 30% pressure drop lower than that of paper core under the same condition and dimensions. 4. High air tightness, average can reach 98%. 5. Our membrane is water vapor permeable, so no other gas (such as CO2, NH3, etc.) can pass through it. 6. Low dew point, under the extreme cold weather (-20 ~ -30℃), no auxiliary heat device needed, condensation or ice blockage will not occur. 7. Can be washed several times, no influence on performance.
