Managing a store in a busy and vibrant area at the heart of Mayfair right next to Bond Street station. Selling traditional Taiwanese bubble tea but also implementing a whole range of new trends coming from theregion. I was able to almost double the store's sales, increased the product availability and brand exposurewhile applying new and improving old SOPs. Preparing financial and performance reports on a weekly basis for the head office, and providing new ideas and points for improvement not only for my store but for the brand overall. My store is also one of the main places for training new employees for the whole company, and I have given training to more than 50 people for the time period.

Based in the Canons park branch, located right next to the station. We served coffee and breakfast (all prepared by us) in the early morning and sold bread, cakes, and donuts throughout the day. My main responsibilities were to support the manager in maintaining the quality and health standards and to run the store in their absence. Furthermore, I communicated with the head office, third-party vendors, and suppliers. I did opening and closing duties, cashing up, stock takes, and stock rotation. During my time I also provided training and assessment for new employees.
