My dissertation research focused on a large-scale inference of multiple phenotypes, where I developed new methods to jointly analyze multiple disease and non-disease traits to investigate their shared genetic basis.   Cold Spring Harbor I have participated in the summer course on Chromatin, Epigenetics, and Gene Expression, i.e. eukaryotic gene expression (GeneX).
