I had the pleasure and privilege of working with Yossi Ohana during more than 9 years while serving as Enzymotec CFO and as is direct manager. Yossi is one of the most professional people I had the opportunity to work with. He has an excellent eye for details. Yossi is a devoted and loyal colleague, results focused and can be counted on to deliver on promises on time. Yossi is an excellent accountant with great technical knowledge in accounting, bookkeeping, insurance, tax, reporting and treasury. Yossi has high managerial skills and has built an excellent professional and committed financial team that supported the expansion of Enzymotec globally and through its transition to a public company. Yossi is highly intelligent and definitely an asset to any organization lucky enough to have him on their team.

Yossi and I worked very closely together and he was always professional and cooperative. One can always count on information that is generating by Yossi as being precise and well presented. On top of being a very good financial manager, Yossi was also a very good friend. In spite the fact that we did not always agree on professional matters, we always found it easy to communicate and resolve the differences due to his pleasant personality.
