KEY ACCOMPLISHMENTS • An active participation in Enzymotec's $280M sale to Frutarom via merger. • An active participation in Enzymotec's $75M Initial Public Offering process (IPO) in 2013 and in Secondary offering of $150M in 2014. • Participation in processes of fund raising from Shareholders and Banks totaling over $50M. • Managing and supporting mergers and acquisitions, Due Diligence processes, establishing subsidiaries and JV's in Israel and abroad. • Building a global finance department with over 10 employees in Israel and abroad. • Building infrastructure and implementing processes through the company's transition from a small start-up to a growing international industrial publicly traded company. • Managing the implementation of the SOX project and Internal Audit.
