Yossi started as the Controller of Tegrity Israel when I was the General Manager of that site. Later, when I was nominated to the CEO in the most difficult time for Tegrity, it was critical for me to appoint Yossi as the company CFO. Yossi moved to the USA and worked with me shoulder to shoulder turning around the company until we broke even in 2003 and Yossi felt that he could return to his family in Israel. Yossi is a very efficient and detailed CFO that gets the bigger picture and helped in bringing new investors on board.
