I absolutely recommend Yosien. Working with MAMA Youth Project through The Production Guild, Yosien was a great support to me but more importantly, she really supported our young trainees and alumni. Yosien had the natural balance between letting them be independent as well as giving guidance. I look forward to working with her through our current mentoring scheme.

Alison Small

Yosien is tremendous. In her role at PGGB as Business Development and Marketing Manager, she was a massive support to me, she shared my vision of what PG is and achieved fantastic results by producing top quality work. I highly recommend Yosien and really hope we can work together again in the future.

Working with the founders of Sustainable Film, Amelia Price and Jimmy Keeping, I play an important role in developing partnerships and generating PR for their work on productions and the launch of their new calculator called Roots. The calculator allows suppliers to understand their environmental footprint and create sustainable growth strategies. My job is to create a business plan that will help the team reach its goals and build relationships within the industry supply chain. I am incredibly excited to be supporting the British Film Designer Guild Awards for the third year, hosted by renowned film critic Mark Kermode. For this event, I am providing extensive consultancy on both sustainability and sponsorship initiatives, as well as helping to form new partnerships and strengthen existing ones. Additionally, I provide specialised PR services, strategic partnerships and consultation on current trends. I am a passionate sustainability advocate in the film and television industry striving to drive innovation and positive change. As a key player in CAMA's sustainable journey, I have played an important role in positioning the company within the industry, and setting up their Reuse Service for Production Assets. By forming strong collaborations with BAFTA's We Are Albert, Angels, Superhire, Reuse Network, Single Homeless Project. Working closely with the team I have facilitated a more responsible approach towards using sustainable production resources. CAMA's clients include Netflix, Amazon, Apple TV, Disney and HBO. After recovering from severe sepsis in 2018 I have become an NHS patient spokesperson, talking at NHS training events and conferences. I am pictured here with Prof. Robert H. Bartlett, who developed extracorporeal life support (ECLS, ECMO) from the laboratory, through the first successful clinical trials, to routine practice worldwide. Sustainability should be about creating solutions through innovation and a movement of change that people want to be part of. Sustainability should be about creating solutions through innovation and a movement of change that people want to be part of.

    • Business Development Manager (Marketing, Events & Sponsorship)
      • Oct 2013 - Sep 2019

As Business Development Manager of The Production Guild I created and implemented the organisation's branding, communications and marketing strategy. I was also responsible for building their commercial arm, developing corporate partnerships, high profile events, training and seminars. I thoroughly enjoyed initiating numerous events in top locations such as The PG Summer Drinks at the ME Hotel roof terrace, The PG Christmas Drinks at The Langham sponsored by Pinewood and most recently the preview and tour at The Stratford Hotel. I also helped to develop The Production Guild Awards sponsored by Warner Bros. Studios Leavesden that are held at The Grove. It was through The Production Guild Awards that I worked closely with MAMA Youth - raising money and their profile with the production industry. I particularly enjoyed developing and promoting The Production Guild's seminars and training programme. This included recruiting juniors from diverse backgrounds onto their hugely successful Assistant Production Accountant Training Scheme. Show less

I produced a PR and Marketing Strategy for the 3D Storytelling Conference with leading industry professionals at Ravensbourne. Through securing Screen International as the Media Sponsor of the event and a combination of low cost marketing and PR, including online marketing and social media, over 400 industry professionals attended over the two days and nearly 200 people watched online live. Working closely with Pollyanna Lindley, I marketed Beyond HD, a two day conference for film & TV industry professionals. After research with the target market we created a brand, logo and website. I advised on speakers, programme and sponsors, and generated PR across the industry, including Screen Daily and Broadcast. I also developed a social media campaign for the event. We had approx 120 people attend over the two days, and between 250 - 350 watch online live. We also marketed the online free videos of the sessions. Show less
