Joyce Osland
Yoshika was a Global Leadership Lab Associate under my supervision in San Jose State's Global Leadership Advancement Center. She and her fellow students designed a day-long assessment center program for us. In addition to helping facilitate global leadership simulations and providing feedback to students on their performance, Yoshika was responsible for a student team and guided them through a team innovation project. She is extremely diligent and conscientious and has excellent verbal and written skills. Furthermore, her interpersonal and intercultural competency skills are very good. Any organization would be lucky to have her work for them.
