Sales Manager - Team Aoki
-
Jul 2018 - Dec 2019
Hand-picked and hired aboard a Team of 5 Sales Team members. Each was given custom monthly quotas, depending on experience, how long they've been at the company and how long they've been in the industry. Assisted in acquiring large Clientele and large projects requiring Security Cameras, Servers, Intercoms and Access control. Provided leads for the Team and handed over long term relationships that I grew over the years. Overlooked the whole sales operation, created monthly reports, set weekly sales meetings, weekly executive meetings and set meetings with new clientele. This company is previously known as SavvyTech Security. Show less

This was a fairly new company and they are in the infant stages of a business. This company made firearm accessories at a Airsoft quality level. My goal was to help them change and transition into the real firearm industry. Within a few months, I started a relationship with a CNC company which molded T6061 Aircraft Aluminum. A perfect combination of lightweight and strong. We started manufacturing a few parts in USA and took off. I still have the prototype on my 12GA Shotgun. Brought in nearly 50 new accounts which increased monthly sales by %34. Traveled to 6 states, each time 2 different expo shows were attended out in the east coast. All trips were planned by myself and executed successfully with great gains. Plans included: landing at first show location then driving 140-320 miles to next destination in the same state, different city and show. Meet with clients, build relationships and hand out samples. I would then take the closest airport back home, efficiently maximizing the amount of shows visited in one state, in one weekend. Attended many Tradeshows along with Gun shows, in which I manned the booth from set up to pack up. Suggested and created 5 new parts, in which 2 went into production and were successfully operational. The others remained in development until perfected. New and old inventory was ballistic tested professionally by myself. Show less
