Wonderful human being, never saw him without a smile. With a pleasure was is to work with Hasnain. He was the Asst Training and QA Manager with LUX* South Ari Atoll and it was a wonderful experience to see him grow and learn. He was a quick learner, takes feedback seriously and applies it in a way to develop his skills to become even a better Trainer/Facilitator. Hasnain was well-liked within the entire team of LUX* South Ari Atoll, he managed several Training and QA Programs with minimal guidance from me, generated new ideas to add value to the resort culture and it's strong employee engagement initiatives. Hasnain took personal responsibility in ensuring all new Team Members get quickly adopted to our Service Culture. I have enjoyed working with him and when he got a new opportunity I was the first one to say yes and as I saw his potential to take on a new role (note at that time we didn't have a similar role at LUX*). Now seeing him perform even better at another property just makes me a happier person. I wish Hasnain a wonderful journey ahead and soon I like to see him speak at events and become a great public speaker.
