Derek Rodwell

Yoonus is an excellent Project Manager and Business Analyst, with extensive Basel 2 and Credit Risk knowledge. He is a very good communicator and demonstrated strong planning and organisation skills by successfully managing the analysis of Risk Platform requirements across a number of technical releases. Yoonus put a lot of effort into helping myself and the other analysts that worked for him and actively supported our career aspirations and development needs. Yoonus was well respected by all of the analysts that worked for him and we were all sad to see him leave RBS.

Yoonus is an excellent Project Manager and Business Analyst. During the 5 years I worked for him at RBS on the Basel 2 Programme, he continually displayed strong team leadership and mentoring skills towards all his team members. He has considerable domain expertise in Credit Risk, Basel Regulations and Systems Development methodologies. Yoonus is very pro-active and manages stakeholders well.
