Tameka .N. Reynolds

My first introduction to Ms. Garcia was when she was being interviewed for the Head Career Advisor Position at Madison Strategies Group and I was on the team of interviewers. At the end of the interview, she left the team baffled as she ran through each question asked, answering them with confidence and highlighting her expertise in the realm of recruitment and career development. Since Ms. Garcia, joined Madison Strategies Group she has gained much admiration, not only as an excellent Leader on the team but the mastermind behind the new program structure. She did not confine herself within the boundaries of her role, she stepped outside that box. She identified that for the organization to scale effectively there would need to be a structural change – which she planned, tested and executed. She went on to introduce an Alumni service for older candidates who are in need of Career Advancement assistance. Maly as also earned and sustained a reputation of giving Linkedin and resume advise that leads to interview requests for her clients. Maly S. Garcia, The big picture – not everyone sees the big picture, many are confined in their own little box and cannot see nor understand beyond that box… but not Maly.
