Development of a low cost process for inverted OLEDs fabrication:- Development of a low work function cathode by solution process.- Binary blend (EIL and HBL) deposited in one shot, leading to a vertical phase separation and a bilayer formation (highlighted by TOF-SIMS measurements).- Physical characterizations (transient electroluminescence measurements under T°C, time of flight)- Comparison of direct/inverted OLEDs.2.
