Yolande spent several years at Timberland occupying various commercial and management roles in which she was recognized as both a strong leader and versatile operator across the company. Following her move to Moscow, Timberland reengaged with Yolande as a local consultant to assist us in building the Timberland brand in Russia. Yolande’s expertise in both business and brand development combined with an ability to broker fruitful relationships between brand owner and local partner have been critical success factors in her mission. Her support from a local base enabled us to build a successful, more profitable, and more focused business whilst simultaneously ensuring that the local brand execution is aligned to global strategies in this important market.

Yolande is a high profile professional with in-depth experience in the fashion industry. She has both great management skills and a product-oriented mind. She is organized, focused, dedicated to her job, and has a very good ability to communicate with her colleagues and suppliers. Most importantly, she's doing her job while helping her team mates grow and learn everyday. Rare sign of a true manager. It's been an honor and a pleasure to be part of her team during my experience at Timberland.

      • Oct 2021 - Present

Project manager for launching a concept store promoting eco fashion in France. As member of the Management Committee of Fashion Green Hub - we initiated a multi brand store enabling young designers to have a retail presence in key retail environments. Collectively we built a co-managed concept, offering a broad range of solutions : upcycling, made to measure, limited edition products. A first POC was launched in December 2021, and was soon followed by store #2 in a major shopping centre. Further store tests in Paris and pending pop up's in the pipeline across France. Our objective: bringing stylish, sustainable fashion to mainstream shopping zones in order to convince consumers that they can positively impact climate change. The power is in their hands...and their purchasing decisions. Show less
