I line-managed Yoyo during her year-long marketing internship at 93digital, and It was a pleasure. Constantly curious, Yoyo was always keen to learn and ask questions if she did not understand a marketing-related topic and it was this natural curiosity that enabled her to learn things particularly quickly. Yoyo has a creative and commercial mindset and was able to fully understand the reasons behind whatever we were doing, be it organising an event or creating a piece of content. In my opinion, one of Yoyo's biggest assets is her creative vision and her ability to view the bigger picture. This was apparent when I asked Yoyo to film some footage of our monthly FINITE networking events for a promotional video. I gave her a light-touch brief, giving her carte blanche to film what she wanted and I was delighted with the result (which you can view on the https://finite.community/ homepage). Overall, I found Yoyo to be well-organised, creative and curious. A great combination for a future career in the creative media industries.
