It was my pleasure working with Yolanda in her responsibilities at the MTorres’ HR department. I have known her for approximately 5 years from which nearly 3 years she was acting in the role of HR director. Yolanda always was both very bright and motivated. Furthermore, she continuously devoted herself with a very high degree of diligence and impressed me greatly with her hard work, determination and outstanding attitude. Yolanda displayed a great ability to lead, the desire to succeed as well as supporting others (including me) wherever requested and needed and a great personality. She was always very attentive and encouraging. It was a great pleasure and honour for me having worked together with Yolanda and I will deeply miss her in the MTorres’ team, but also wish her all the very, very best for the future. I am absolutely convinced, she will manage any challenge with her great professionalism and attitude. She is an exceptional asset for any organisation and team.
