I heartily recommend Yolanda to anyone seeking a highly organised project manager. I've worked with Yolanda on several projects and she is reliably calm under pressure and able to effectively organise demanding and dynamic requirements. Yolanda also communicates well within a team and brings a positive energy to work that colleagues will enjoy.

Krystyna Ivanova Saraiva

I was always impressed by Yolanda's capacity to keep track of all the details of project management making sure that all is done in time as well as by her willingness to support colleagues in the process. It is a pleasure to have such a team member.

Prior to the event - Remotely coordinating a team of 127 people including dancers, international bands, site crew, and technicians. Maintaining relationships with existing crew, retaining 90% of the workforce year-to-year, and hiring when vacancies arise. Responsible for managing the budget, resources, and schedules. Implementing and creating processes from scratch, improving organisation, and digitalising guidelines. This improved crew communication and meant that tasks can be more easily assigned and delegated. During the event - Manage the overall area, including: stage, office, bar, and crew. Implemented new policies on training staff so that teams are responsible for their areas (such as stage or office management). In charge of risk assessments and health and safety for crew and festival attendees. Problem-solving issues as they arise. Worked with the site crew to come up with new ways of fitting the dancefloor to prevent health and safety risks. Post-event - managing crew invoices and feedback to improve processes and the next event. This has resulted in a more streamlined application process and in-depth build schedule. Show less

First point of contact for external teachers, working with them to develop their courses. I would scope projects, manage ongoing tasks, review the material with stakeholders, and feed back changes to the team. I lead a team of designers, developers, and copywriters based in different timezones around the world, developing schedules that allowed for a 24-hour work cycle which increased team productivity. Managed projects from start to finish including briefs, product development, timelines, and allocation of internal resources. Keeping the projects to timeline and budget. Introduced Asana to the company and trained team members on its use. This streamlined resource and time management. Produced international and local shoots, budgeting, booking and managing crew and locations, assisting shoots live and remotely, managing and reviewing edits. Launched new courses with online event, sales pages, and marketing campaigns every 6-8 weeks. Lead focus groups to review courses and marketing materials and reported feedback to the management team. Booked speakers and scheduled 10 days of 24 hour content for The Meditation and Breathwork channel at one of the largest online conferences. The event had 10 "channels" (Zoom rooms), each with 100 speakers, and over 500,000 attendees. Built relationships with a diverse range of world-class speakers and their staff through email, Zoom, and in-person meetings. In charge of arranging affiliate resources, contracts and payments, advising on session content, and collating information for the website. Arranged speaker content into learning lists, making sure we had a range of material for beginners to experienced participants and in a variety of formats (presentations, interviews and workshops).
