  As the lead teacher I planned activities that stimulated growth in language, social, and motor skills. I was responsible for managing a class of 12 students ages 3-4. I developed strategies for best utilizing assistant teacher’s skills and offered regular professional development. I communicated with parents on a regular basis, via annual assessments, quarterly meetings, and monthly phone conversations.
