      Directed digital and customer experience initiatives across all Interactive One brands located in Columbus and Cincinnati including eight high ranking radio stations ranging from Gospel, News Talk, Sports Talk, Rock Oldies, R&B Oldies, Urban Contemporary, and Top 40/Hip Hop. Primary areas of focus include content creation, search engine optimization, promotion development, traffic analytics, and consumer engagement. Under my direction yearly page views increased from 200k to 7 million within 4 years and 100k unique visitors to 1.5 million within 4 years, resulting in profit increases from 20k annually to $300,000+. Currently distributed mainly in Columbus, the Flypaper reaches 24,000 subscribers and has a readership of approximately 60,000 per week. The Flypaper is supported by a website flypaperblog.com which reaches a worldwide audience of over 53,000 unique visitors per week. All this within a year’s time. Since its inception the Flypaper magazine has made a huge impact on the community and abroad. From interviewing celebrities on video to covering national events, the magazine has found its place with the young urbanite between the ages of 18-40, who stays informed yet, seeks entertainment. The Flypaper represents the transition from traditional media to the increasingly popular online media. It also serves as a great advertising vehicle for medium to large businesses looking to reach that specific demographic.
