I worked as a Project Manager for Whiting-Turner Contracting Company alongside Yohan at Georgetown University's Thompson Athletic Center Construction Project. Yohan's title at the time was Project Engineer, although Yohan produced work of a Project Manager. He is extremely driven as has the utmost integrity. Yohan worked long hours while managing multiple subcontractors, billing, invoicing, schedule management, and quality. His attitude and enthusiasm for the project ensured a timely delivery. His communications skills are excellent and holds to customer delight. Yohan's job knowledge grew exponentially while on the project. He treats his colleagues with the utmost respect and works fairly with them. Yohan has inspired me to become a better mentor. His work ethic is outstanding and in the future I hope to have him on my team again.
