Customer Account Manager (Wholesale), 11/2019 – 08/2020 Mondelez International – Uxbridge My key role as a customer account manager was to grow the food service business by £1.5 million by 2020. My Key Responsibilities: · To develop and win new national multiple account business. · Manage the customer relationships · Review customer sales out data to identify under and over trades to create targeted activation to drive sales and market share. · To work closely with internal stake holders to ensure execution is in line with customer's expectation. · To create joint business plans and promo calendars for mutual growth. Key Achievements · My objective was to gain listing of new crunchie inclusions and agree activation plan on all platforms to drive sales by sharing category, marketing insight and sales opportunity of £200k per annum. As a result of actions undertaken the customer agreed to list product from September 2020. · The objective was to grow Unitas Food Service business by £700k by end of 2020. By working with category, marketing and sales revenue planning, A promo plan was created offering members 50% more promotions vs 2019 with minimum impact to margin. To drive sales, I worked closely with BDE teams to execute my plan via member level. As a result, in February 2020 more member were buying direct, gained 10 new listings with potential opportunity of £100k incremental sales. Show less
