• Report to Loss Prevention Manager. • Acting LP Manager in absence of LP manager. • To supervise the overall safety and security of the hotel. • To provide safety and security to the guests, employees and the hotel property. • Facilitate compliance with policies, systems and procedures, relating to security and Emergency situations (bomb threats, Fire etc.) as per the Marriott international policy. • Our hotel is in threat condition RED so we need to ensure the compliance of RED Threat condition and run the operation accordingly. • Developed program for Loss Prevention which includes Strategic Planning, Leadership during a Crisis, Operational Excellence, and Art of working with Local Authorities, Life Management Security Technology, Best Practices & Operational Excellence, Physical Security Screening Techniques, Explosives Recognition, Hostile Surveillance, Surveillance Detection, Active Shooter/Armed Attacker, Trauma First Aid/Triage and Crisis Communication & Profile of Suicide Bombers. • To conduct regular patrolling and identify security/ fire hazards and other lapses in systems, process and project, which might lead to branch in Security. To inform, put in preventing measures or eliminate on the situation. • Investigations and detection of criminal act, to take a justified action and taking relevant actions in case of indiscipline. • Audits, Maintenance and Testing of all kind of Fire Extinguishers. • To ensure safe parking and retrieval of cars from the parking areas in the hotel. • Briefing to Loss Prevention associates, contracted Security Supervisors and Security Guards depending on their duties and Deployment. • Ensure that all hotel employees abide by the established house rules and regulations. • Submitting all Reports to LP manager.
