I teach individual taxation at the undergraduate level and advanced individual taxation for graduate students. My current reseach deals with governance issues involving Private Foundations. Other research interests include the voluntary adoption of "clawback" provisions within compensation agreements by S&P 500 companies and the ability of accrual models to predict future cash flows.
