To whom it may concern, Ylva Asp has been the backbone of our Restaurant Manzel and Kosmopol project in Group Shafi for two years. Ylva was on the project from the very first day, Restaurant Manzel had no interior nor kitchen equipment but with great effort and a burning enthusiasm Ylva had a great honour in the planning and making of Restaurant Manzel, a restaurant with 150 seats. Ylva was hired as a Restaurant Supervisor, but I soon realized that she had much more potential. Therefore Ylva was soon promoted to Restaurant Manager. Ylva is loyal, creative and most important she has good taste and a great understanding of not only food and wine but also numbers. Therefore, after a year of working together it was natural to promote her even further to F&B Manager. Ylva have achieved great results in food cost, less waste and wage accumulation percentages. She raised the limit for not only herself but the business as well. Ylva have great social qualifications, she is a quick learner and she puts great ambitions in to the work she do. It is time for Ylva to grapple with new responsibility and new projects. There is no doubt that she will do this with enthusiasm and great ambitions.
