  Directly responsible for the supervision, management and tutoring the Construction Department’s crew, in excess of 120 employees. Assign tasks to each Department (Carpentry, Painting, Plumbing, Sign Shop, Locksmith and Welding) for various construction and maintenance projects and ensure they are completed promptly on time; while not exceeding the allocated budget(s). Review monthly reports for the whole Building and Structures (Construction) department; in conjunction with senior company and camp management. Prepare and review ROMs, Construction and Maintenance Estimates; for different engineering projects. Coordinated and managed activities of subcontractors and company personnel to successfully construct numerous turn-key projects Confers with and directs supervisory personnel and subcontractors engaged in planning and executing work procedures, interpreting specifications, and coordinating various phases of construction to prevent delays. Monitor cost plus and FFP work on daily and weekly basis; in cooperation with Project Controls Cost department; to avoid cost over-runs. Update M&S, SOP and TE for Building & Structures department on monthly basis or on as needed basis. Conduct daily, weekly and monthly meetings with both entry level employees as well as the more experienced ones; to ensure communication, cooperation and a positive working environment at the work sites and locations. Knowledgeable of government and contractor contractual obligations, meeting deliverable timelines, following PWS, planning, scheduling and coordinating construction activities. Performed TI’s on Camps; Romania, Bulgaria, and Turkey, during this time supported phase in for both Romania and Turkey, trained local employees, prepared shops and offices, prepared all PMI schedules and created SOP’s and M&S plans.   Lead Construction Supervisor, responsible for over 40 employees (Carpenters, Welders, Sign Shop employees, Concrete Finishers and Lock Smiths). Developed and implemented safety programs for all craft departments. Reviewed and monitored cost and man- Hour budget for installation process and developed staff, facilities, equipment, and tool requirement plans. Directed the Novo Selo and Bulgaria 08 Missions; which entailed leading the complete project.
