During the internship I have supported the Asset Manager in maintaining and conducting statistical analysis on asset data, from other BoC branches, to review the performance and compare with actual modeled production. I have primarily been involved in summarising the annual report for the head office for decision making going forward. This experience allowed me to apply and expand my current skills and knowledge by taking on tasks in a different environment and industry. Citizens Advice Camden has been providing local communities with free independent and impartial advice and casework services responding to the local need for help with issues including debt and money matters, in-work benefits and housing. I was positioned to design the survey and interview current service users and non-users both at sites and out in community venues, analyse and report the data. As per my contribution, the company, based on my research findings, changed the access routes of current and potential groups of clients to ensure to reach those in our community that would benefit from our help and advice.
