As a start-up focusing on stage play, Haoxi planned to build a platform in favour of its close bonding with theatres and troupes in China to bring the audience and the professionals together. Midsummer is such a product I was in charge of, including an iOS app and a website. During the planning phase, I conducted surveys of target users to make precise user portraits, and created detailed product requirement documents. After creating low- and high-fidelity UX prototypes, I worked with a team to develop the iOS app which was delivered on time, meanwhile collaborated with a freelancer to create the website using Drupal. As a result, the iOS app Midsummer was released on App Store and managed to attract target users; the website on the other hand successfully held a joint event with one of the most beloved theatres in China, Theatre Above.
