  Act as a consultant for Hewlett-Packard and represent HP to work for different projects for their clients. Achievement and Project Implementation: Chanel Hong Kong (Apr 2014 ~ now) Be the team leader for the Service Desk to lead the team to operate the service desk and onsite deskside support service for the Chanel. The major duties are to manage the service desk and onsite deskside operation, incident management, do the service requests and manage projects for the client. To do the project for Chanel according to the client request. The major achievement was to do the transition project for HP and take over the Service Desk operations for Chanel. Besides, lead the team to meet the service level and provide excellent quality service to the client. The LINK REIT (Jun 2012 ~ Apr 2014) Be the team leader for the Deskside to handle and manage the team to deliver the support services for the LINK REIT, which has over 1,000 user in more than 100 office in Hong Kong, to meet the SLA. Besides manage different projects for the clients like IT Asset Management and different IT services rollout and support for the client. The services include the IP Phone support, Blackberry and smartphone support, AD Support and client supports. UBS AG (Mar 2011 ~ May 2012) Being a team leader to execute the project for UBS. The major duties were to plan, manage and schedule for deploying over 2,800 PC with wiping old machine and depose the old machines. Manage a team size about 10 people to meet the target set by the client. Duties include project plan setting, reporting, target achievement and team management. The major achievements include meeting the major project deliverable. MTR Corporation (Sep 2010 ~ Mar 2011) To implement the virtual platform for MTR Corporation. In this project, need to implement and migrate their physical server to VMWare Platform. The challenge of this project is to upgrade over 200 servers and solve the technical issue in the short period of time. Show less
