  China Daily is the official state-run newspaper of the People's Republic of China. China Daily is one of the only two English newspapers printed in the country. I was appointed to become the assistant to the head of China Daily Hong Kong / Asia Pacific in 2017. I provide administrative, secretariat and research support to the Editor-in-Chief, collect information of public opinions to conclude inputs to decision-makers in the capital, and present internal working reports of the branch to the headquarter; I have established solid connections with various groups in Asia Pacific, especially those in Hong Kong, Chinese mainland and ASEAN countries; I have grasped good organizational and marketing skills through public relations experience in participation in major conferences and exhibitions, including Hong Kong Youth Music Festival organized by Xinhua News Agency, as well as many China Daily Asia Leadership Roundtable forums, which have attracted more than 3,000 elites from all walks of life in 2018.
