Yinon has a combination of great technical talent and natural leadership skills that are so rare to find in the same person. We both managed teams in the same group so our teams worked together frequently, and I can honestly say that bigger the challenge and the harder the constraint - the more fun I had! Solving problems with Yinon was the best kind of engineering collaboration: an in depth discussion with an engineer that both brings ideas to the table and listens to others. I don't think there was ever a problem we didn't crack when we worked together. Any team would be lucky to have Yinon as an engineer and a leader, and I can only hope that I am lucky enough to work with him again.
