  • Site Survey and Acquisitions. • Supervision of contractors handling the construction works in preparation for Equipments Installation meets Starcomms Limited specification. • Installation and Commissioning of power, BTS & Radio Equipment • Carrying out of site test such as Voltage standing wave ratio (VSWR), distance to fault (DTF) and Return loss Using Anritsu site master for the RBS, Bit Error Rate (BER) Test of the links using Sunset Microwave tester and various tests on AC & DC power prior to Site Commissioning and Integration. • Network optimization, which involves Antenna tilting, and Azimuth adjustment. • Integration and maintenance of over One hundred and fifty sites within the network • Use of Element Manager application software for commissioning and maintenance of Ericsson BTSs. • Use of Mini Link Manager application software for commissioning and maintenance of Ericsson Mini Link Radio and Link. • Use of Base Station Management Unit (BMU) application software for commissioning and Maintenance of Qualcomms RBS. • Use of Craft Interface Terminal (CTI) for Harris Microwaves Radios and Links. • Use of Nera Management system (NMS) for Nera Microwaves Radios and Links. • Use of Sunset Microwave tester. • Ability to use all conventional tools. • Readily Available to work in any part of the country.
