  A global leader in personal care FMCG, my role within P&G as a senior researcher included working within small teams, providing product research for the Hair Care Treatment Portfolio globally. The project objective was to design holistic hair treatment products for the global market.   Joining P&G as a researcher, I worked between the Japan and Singapore offices, working on process delivery, leading research and qualifying a number hair care products. My key responsibilities included:• Liaising and coordinating with internal stakeholders within the organisation;• Project management of research projects;• Coordinating testing and developing research reports;• Presenting and communicating research findings to senior stakeholders within the organisation; • Qualify formulation of hair conditioner products across global markets of multiple brands including Pantene, Rejoice, Vidal Sassoon, Wella Professionals;• Started and led Hair Care Raw Material Group from Kobe Innovation Centre to Singapore Innovation Centre;• Identifying local new suppliers and setting new raw material request system, enabling uninterrupted process research during transition.Achievements 2012 Beauty Innovation Seed Fund Awarded SGD$20,000 for research in hair straightening by self-heating conditioner in hair care category.Qualified 30 fast moving projects in bringing product to the market within 2 years and contributing up to $9M business contribution per project
