I've had the pleasure of being Yi Ling Kuo's Design Lead on several projects at DemocracyLab and at every step of the way, YiLing has exceeded my expectations. Yi Ling has volunteered to work on our Accessibility Report Project, our Homepage Improvements Project and is helping another designer learn Figma on another smaller project. Most of our designers only work on one project, but she has taken on three! In addition, Yi Ling routinely attends our weekly design team meetings along with all of the other projects she has going on. She is inquisitive, an excellent communicator, and always makes thoughtful observations as we discuss and review our projects. I whole-heartedly recommend Yi Ling as your next UX / UI Designer. Any team would be lucky to have her on-board!
