- Preparation of monthly administrative progress payment, which is a 300 pages long Excel file. - Bill of quantity comparisons for 2031 serial numbers across 100 construction sites. - Successfully prepared an automated Excel format for 15 people; which prevents calculation errors and saves significant amount of time. The file automatically prepares a summary sheet with work done, unit price and quantity take off from the prepared attachments page. - Grouping all invoices issued by the company to nearly 100 construction sites as construction, electrical, mechanical; creation of construction/electrical/mechanical profit/loss tables on site basis with the money received in return for the works done from the administrative progress payment. - Preparing quantity takeoffs and attachments for monthly interim payments. - Preparing daily/weekly reports and presentations. - Daily site walks to learn more about groundwork, formwork, reinforced concrete, and seismic isolators. - Liaising with site managers to check quality of works before carrying out quantity take offs and preparing interim payments of subcontractors. - Preparing functional and automated Excel files from scratch about anything upon request or need. Daily tracking of dump trucks, excavators, and loaders: - Daily number of trips to excavation dump site, fuel usage by each vehicle, hours worked each shift. - Monthly cost calculations per m^3 of rock broken and moved. (2million m^3 of rock broken and moved) - And eventually preparing progress payments of 8 earthwork subcontractors every month. Daily tracking of concrete poured: (190.000 m^3 poured in 10 months) - Tracking of about 100 waybills per day and processing of them on Excel (waybill number, type of concrete, m^3 poured, place poured). Approximately 1.000m^3 every day. - Tracking compressive strength tests of concrete samples, and processing them (17.000 cube samples in 10 months) - Preparing progress payment of concrete supplier every month. Tracking of steel rebars purchased: - Comparing of ordered weight, and our weighbridge values. - Tracking of tensile strength tests and processing them. Daily tracking of staff/labourer list: - Created an automated list of staff and labourers on Excel; where a single push of a button summarises all workers (currently 400 people) into a more simple grouped list, which also gets used to create monthly reports. Tracking invoices of: - Steel rebars, concrete waybills, cement - And checking them with my own data that I keep track of daily, to ensure everything is in order. - Preparing daily and monthly reports about vehicles/excavators operated, where they worked, total earthwork moved, explosion amounts, number of labourers worked grouped by their profession, concrete poured, steel rebars arrived to site, photograhps of the site and more.
