am currently a community service doctor at JST Hospital. I have spent my first six month there in the internal medicine department and now for the next six month I am doing it in casualty. My time spend there has really thought me to be comfortable with resus and making difficult clinical decision under stressful situation. It has also sharpened my practical skills e.g. insertion of central venous line, arterial line, intercostal drain and intubation under rapid sequence induction. am currently a community service doctor at JST Hospital. I completed my internship at the East London Hospital Complex. For the 2 years I was there I have learn how to be responsible, independent and how to be a good team player. Good senior support was provided as well as freedom to allow me to grow as an independent clinician. I completed my internship at the East London Hospital Complex.
