Lead team of Procurement and in charge of handling Subcontractors, Suppliers and Manufacturers. Overlooking all the procurement activities for the project and coordinating and sequence of procurement activities in line with schedule and delivery programs. Coordination and preparation of IFC documents and relative correspondences as such as RFP & RFI for Commercial and Technical inquiry. Source new and engage with existing sub-contractors to ensure competitive and competent quotations are sought for specialist services offered to the clients. Pivotally introduced new vendor registration and performance monitoring procedure. Knowledge of suppliers and previous contact with them in the local market place. Dissemination of enquiries to all the potential vendors for obtaining quotations. Collection of information from all the offers with regards to technical & commercial detail. Receive and analyze vendor offers comparing to specifications and cost budget. Negotiate and finalization with vendor’s prices and contract conditions in terms of works and payment terms in order to meet projects constrains such as quality, time, scope, cash flow and budget. Preparation of comparison sheets that ensure that all Quotations complies as per drawings & specifications and technical compliance statement to management for approval. Co-ordination with Procurement & Technical Manager during offer evaluation process. Ensuring preparation & timely submission of all Material submittal and follow up for approvals. Cost control and keeps a good tracking system in the Bill of Quantities to ensure that there are no erroneous duplication of works in the order requisition forms from the Project Site Making sure that costs are in line with forecast and analyze profit loss statement to ensure the productivity of the project. Knowledge in ISO-QMS 9001:2015 Show less
