  I managed sustainability assurance engagements covering social, economic, environmental, and governance practices of clients in various. I helped organisations to assess their environmental and social impact after conducting baseline assessments and provide recommendations for improvement for greater impact. This also included the review of the Clients' Internal Control measures and systems to ascertain if they are functioning optimally or due for reviews.I conducted capacity building for sustainability assurance and review of internal controls around sustainability performance data on my team.   Cassava Growth Markets' (CassavaGMarkets) is a project led by the Natural Resources Institute of the University of Greenwich in collaboration with 6 international partners and associates, that aims to improve the livelihoods of smallholder cassava farmers through better access to growth markets. I conducted research and carried out bench work on the partial substitution of wheat flour with High Quality Cassava Flour (HQCF). I varied substitution level, came up with a number of food products and analysed them for various physical, chemical and sensory properties. I developed scientific reports on my analysis in line with the objectives of the project. Show less
