I was also involved in policy development including Risk Based Capital and the Financial Sector Blueprint 2011-2020.• Individual capital adequacy assessment process (ICAAP) for insurers, stress testing, Appointed Actuary, Managing Participating Business • Design and calibration of BNM’s Risk Based Capital, technical and governance requirements for insurance liability valuation. • IAIS Self-Assessment and Peer Review Expert Team on Solvency (encompassing Insurance Core Principles on valuation, ERM, capital and public disclosure) • BNM’s self-assessment of ICPs on valuation, ERM and capital for Financial Sector Assessment Programme by the International Monetary Fund• reviewed insurers’ reports on actuarial valuation, ICAAP practices and stress tests.
