      I work with RNA sequence data from plant cells and analyze the count data through R to see which genes in the plants are effected by different treatments done in the experiments performed by the professor's team. I use general linear models(GLM's) to better analyze the enormous amount of RNA sequence data. When visualizing data I use R and use 3D plots and agglomerative hierarchical clustering of genes to find different trends and be able to understand and ultimately answer the research question at hand.
