  1. Analysis for trace metals in semiconductor tool, cleaning chemical, and wafers. - Operating and performing maintenance for ICP-MS (Perkin Elmer DRC 2) -Sample preparation 1) Acid/Base and Organic sample evaporation (ex.HNO3, HCl, HF, IPA, NMP, etc) 2) Surface extraction on semiconductor tool 3) VPD Analysis on wafer -Work in cleanroom class 100 and organizing lab condition including lab safety 2. Communication in English for speaking, listening, and writing. - Work with global team through email, phone call - Work with foreigners in site 3. Internal audit - SOP(standard operation procedures) is followed to ISO 17025:2009 and so internal audit is performed on regular basis. As an internal auditor, perform audit through all SOPs in Korea site and in Taiwan site
