Manage the Department budget and Capex in a financially responsible manner. 9. Train,Evaluates,and motivates staff. 10. Ensures that employees comply with the department's policies and procedures. 11. Organizing and schedule Department employees and task to maximize efficiency. 12. Resposibility the preventive maintenance program while working with chief Engineer. 13. Insvection with HOD and GM to Improvement our hotel. 14. Address guest concerns and react quickly, logging and notifying proper department as required. 15. Ensure effective communication including coaching and performance management. 16. Assist Supervisor to resolve problems if necessary 17. Resposibility regularly scheduled departmental meetings. 18. Follow all safety and sanitation policies 19. Prepare stock inventory whenever required 20. Handle guest complaint and missing or damaged items 21. Maintains effective working relationships with other department,especially front office and maintenance 22. Follow security / fire regulation. 23. Organize flower decore everyday & when there event. 24. Resposibility & review contrac other vendor.
