During my tenure, I have enthusiastically taken part in & contributed to successfully deliver several notable projects & activities as follows:• Lightweight can end (switching from B64 to CDL can ends) in Mar 2018 --> completed new materials qualifications in accordance to PepsiCo protocol & mass production within scheduled timeline, our plant is the first beverage plant across Vietnam successfully apply this lightweight can ends for mass production.• Lightweight preform (reduce preform weight from 21.0 to 19.5 grs) from Dec 2017 to Mar 2018 --> completed new materials qualifications in accordance to PepsiCo protocol & mass production within scheduled timeline.• Thin shrink film (reduce shrink film thickness from 50 micron to 40 micron) in Feb 2018 --> completed new materials qualifications in accordance to PepsiCo protocol & mass production within scheduled timeline.• Carton removal (switching from full carton to tray carton) in Aug 2017  completed new materials qualifications in accordance to PepsiCo protocol & mass production within scheduled timeline.--> As planned, these 04 projects could help to save at least 04 billions VND for our plant annually.Additionally, in order to enhance supplier performance & preventively control potential issues, I have collaborated with QA Commercialization Manager to conduct system audit for can, preform, carton & label suppliers. After the audit, we closely work with suppliers to accelerate gap closing progress.       Responsible for overseeing food safety management system in compliance with food safety standards such as FSSC 22000, AIB, national regulations and in charge of supervising in-plant micro lab.
