Yen demonstrated real leadership and initiative when we worked together on a group project at San Jose State University. The project required us to find a local business that was willing to let us scrutinize their accounting information system and prepare recommendations for improvements. None of us could find a willing business-except for Yen. She took the initiative to find a business and she smoothed the entire process, with the nervous business-owners. I was also impressed by her honesty and strong work ethic. I'd be very happy to work with her again!

This job required exemplary customer service skills in a fast paced, hectic environment; ability to organize complex information with a strict attention to detail; ability to accurately process a high volume of work in a short period of time; ability to work in a team environment and independently; ability to reason logically, draw valid conclusions and make appropriate recommendations; ability to maintain files; skills in working with diverse customers populations and the ability to acquire knowledge of the specific needs. Not only I have fulfilled the requirements, I went above and beyond to receive employee of the month award.
