- Prepare and/or review the initial fee proposal and all related contract documents with management prior to commencement of the work to ensure the fee structure, project schedule, staff allocation and client expectations are clearly defined, in sufficient and appropriate detail.- Review the fee proposal, scope of work, schedule and staff allocation with the project team, and ensure an ongoing and consistent understanding of the project deliverables and client expectations.- Monitor all project financial objectives arising from fee proposals, ASAs, time sheet analysis, opportunities, billing review, invoice processing, collections and ensure any project that deviates from its original scope, critical path and/or allocated budget is either addressed promptly or reported to the appropriate party in a timely fashion.- Prepare and/or coordinate drawings/documents.- Monitor the work and advise the Supervisor of any quality or accuracy concerns, to ensure work meets TF's standards and expectations for project delivery. - Attend offsite work, including but not limited to, site visits and meetings with clients, consultants, contractors and municipalities as required.- Identify issues of potential risk or concern in accordance with the Risk Management processes of the firm.- Continue to develop a good working knowledge of applicable building codes and municipal by-laws.- Regularly solicit feedback on performance from those above and below.- Identify ways to improve the efficiency of the project management process, standards and procedures.- Pursue learning opportunities to further develop professional skills and emulate/openly demonstrate the principles of the TF Compass.

Toronto-York Spadina Subway Extension Project (TYSSE) – Vaughan Metropolitan Centre (VMC) Station Site, attached to the Toronto Transit Commission (TTC). A Two Billion Dollar flagship project with 6 underground stations and over 8km of underground subway.- Analyzing contract documents, specifications, standards, manufacturers' material specifications, and special provisions- Supervising Quality Assurance/Control testing and inspect architectural and other construction activities required as per TTC Inspection Manual(s)- Monitoring the contractor's work for compliance with plans, standards and specifications prior to approving work and progress payments- Identifying and document construction and/or QC deficiencies (from applicable contract/standard specifications)- Resolving routine technical and administrative problems on a day-to-day basis and refer problems to the (Assistant) Construction Site Manager as necessary- Maintaining liaison with client staff, contractor representatives, and relevant third parties during construction to resolve problems- Responsible for preparing observation reports and also ensuring safety certification compliance with physical and material verification requirements- Training subordinate staff- Reviewing contractor’s application of and compliance with the Occupational Health and Safety Act and client safety requirements
