Office Manager/Production Manager
-
Jan 2009 - Feb 2012
I oversaw all production, engraving foreign languages onto keyboards using a compatible software between the computer and CNC Engraving Machine, completing 100% of the engraving orders. The extensive work consisted of dismantling the keys of the keyboard, engraving the customer’s language of choice onto the keys row by row, re-assembling the keyboards and painting the engravings in the color of choice. I performed the quality assurance of the merchandise and shipped them off to the customer locations, which were different corporations large and small, and sometimes individuals. As one of the original staffers of that office, I naturally filled the role of human resources and assisted in the hiring process of new employees and trained new cnc operators. I took control of the merchandise inventory, keeping count of the keyboards in stock. I created the customer invoices for each new order using QuickBooks. Show less

Evidence Manager
-
Nov 2006 - Nov 2008
I created the new department and role of Evidence Management, which every forensic consulting office was required to have. I gathered all the evidence collected by the forensic mechanical engineers, fire and civil consultants and created the storage system. I logged, stored, tracked, and billed all the evidence collected and created all the associated correspondence: invoices, decision letters, confirmation letters and transmittal letters. I created the SOP for the newly created position, outlining how to log, bill and safely store evidence for future evidence managers for the company. As receptionist, I took control of the front desk taking in and processing new assignments using the Salesforce software. I sent out/received mail, coordinated office lunches, recorded the minutes to meetings, and took on heavy scanning projects (primarily court depositions, settlement agreements and other court documents), and reviewed invoices. I proofread engineer reports, formatting them according to company standards. Show less
