In this role, I currently manage all the computers and devices at the school, making sure they are up to date and working properly. I use the following skills: - Build computer labs of up to 30 computers and devices - Install operating systems and re-image computers (Windows and Apple) - Network Monitoring - Install and maintain printers and IoT devices - Create guides and documentation for staff members - Install switches and connect computers/devices to the network - Manage tickets and provide levels 1 and 2 of support for technical issues for students, staff and parents. - Install and operate complex sound boards and projectors - Work closely with staff and administration staff, providing advice and support. - Manage the school management application, Compass. This involves helping parents and students with lost usernames and forgotten passwords, setting up parent/teacher interviews, and setting up booking for the computer labs.
